We build, brand, and operate VPN apps and the supporting infrastructure across iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, TV, and web, so you can launch and sell a VPN service under your own brand. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and us.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who can form a legally binding contract. Where access to an admin panel or account is provided, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our platform to facilitate illegal activity, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, or disrupt the integrity or performance of our infrastructure.

The DigitalD.tech name, website, platform, software, and underlying technology remain our property and that of our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written consent.

Under a white-label engagement, the branding, logos, and identity you supply remain yours, and the customer-facing apps and panel are branded to your business. Rights to the core platform and infrastructure that power those apps stay with DigitalD.tech and are licensed to you under your agreement.

When we deliver a white-label VPN on your behalf, you are responsible for your own lawful operation of the service, including your relationship with your end users, your pricing and billing decisions, your app store accounts where applicable, and compliance with the laws of the markets in which you operate.

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms for our services are defined in your individual agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable as stated and are non-refundable once the corresponding work or service period has been delivered.

We operate enterprise-grade infrastructure with monitoring and automatic rerouting to maintain high availability, but we do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Except where required by law, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalD.tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold DigitalD.tech harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, your operation of a white-label VPN, your content and branding, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if these terms or your agreement are breached. Termination of a service engagement is otherwise handled according to the terms of your individual contract. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
