A Performance Marketing Specialist supports our marketing team's paid acquisition and campaign performance efforts, working under the Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns. You'll help turn ad spend into measurable, profitable growth across our product lines.
Job Description
- Execute and monitor paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and app-install networks under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Track performance metrics — CAC, LTV, ROAS — and prepare regular reporting.
- Support A/B testing on creative, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with product and design on landing pages and app store listings.
- Assist with budget tracking and channel-level reporting.
- Help monitor SEO, SEM, and organic growth alongside paid efforts.
